Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Deposits & Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable once production, scheduling, editorial preparation, or other services have begun.

Cancellations requested before work begins are eligible for a refund, less any disclosed, non-recoverable processing costs.

2. Refunds

Once interviews, photography, editing, design, or publication preparation have started, payments for completed services and documented expenses are non-refundable.

Any unused portion may be refunded at SPORTSTREND's discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Rescheduling

Photoshoots and interviews may be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in additional fees disclosed before rebooking.

4. Editorial & Publication Rights

SPORTSTREND retains editorial control over content, design, scheduling, and publication decisions.

Submissions do not guarantee publication, rankings, recruiting opportunities, or specific results.

SPORTSTREND may use approved photographs and content for publication and related promotion in accordance with signed releases.

5. Magazine Cancellations

If SPORTSTREND cancels a paid feature and cannot provide a reasonable alternative, customers will receive a refund for services not delivered.

6. Agreement

By purchasing a package, customers acknowledge and accept this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws.
